This two-day in-person workshop will give you an understanding of Colonial Life, voluntary benefits, and all of the tools that you need to find, engage and close new prospects. Your Colonial Life journey doesn't stop here, as there will be multiple follow up training sessions provided virtually.

In this two-day workshop, you will learn "the recipe" for success in the voluntary benefits market, as we explore:
Why business owners need our help
Why their employees need us, now more than ever before
Why Colonial Life has an unfair advantage against the competition
How to identify, engage, and set appointments with new potential clients
To accommodate travel for students across Tennessee, the class schedule is:
Day 1: Wednesday, July 19th - 9:00am to 5:00pm
Day 2: Thursday, July 20th - 8:00am to 4:00pm
Hotel rooms are provided for guests traveling more than 90 minutes away.
Lunch will be provided, and our office attire is business casual.

To be best prepared, please bring the following items with you to class:
Printed copy of your Income/Activity Estimator
Your 10k30, 10k60, & 20k90 dates if you have been contracted
At least 100 Leads, that have been qualified, in Agent Assist if you have CRM access
